​Registration

• The registration desk will be open every morning, however you may register at any time.

​

Talks

• Contributed talks are scheduled for 20-25 minutes, followed by 5-10 minutes for questions. Each talk is limited to 30 minutes in total. 

• Plenary talks are scheduled for 50 minutes, followed by 10 minutes for questions.

• You can use your own laptop (HDMI connection available). We also provide a laptop and kindly ask you to send your slides by E-Mail (organizers@frontuq-2024.com) in advance if you wish to use it.

Abstracts/ Proceedings

• All abstracts will be collected in a book of abstracts and distributed among the participants. 

• Every participant has the possibility to submit a contribution to a special issue. Details will be announced during the workshop

Lunch/Dinner

• Lunch and coffee breaks are included and will be offered directly at the conference site.

• The conference dinner is included and will take place in restaurant LaCupola, within close walking distance to the venue.
